  1. Drink at least 8-10 glass of water. Water helps you to stay hydrated in summer so drink plenty of water and it will also purify your body.
  2. Eat breakfast regularly. No matter however busy you are never skip your breakfast as it is most important meal of the day. It gives you energy throughout the day and help you to stay focus.
  3. Protect yourself from sun exposure. Use sunscreen before going outside with high SPF and wear full sleeve clothes.
  4. Eat lots of green vegetables and fruits. Eat healthy balance diet so your body will get all nutrition.
  5. Have a good sleep. In day every person need 8-10 hours sleep to stay healthy.
  6. Exercise regularly to stay fit and healthy you must need some exercise daily either walking, jogging, yoga, aerobics, stretch, running.
  7. Think Positive & don’t stress. The main enemy of human being is stress. Stress can cause many diseases. So if you stay away from negative thought, worry and always stay focus on positive thing. You will be happy.
  8. Do something to please you. Do something in which you are interested either hobby or take some class which make u happy as being happy is staying healthy.
  9. Stick to healthy food and avoid junk food. Junk food has no nutrition value so it will only make you fat so better eat nutrition food like higher in protein, vitamins, minerals etc.
  10. Eat small portion of food after several intervals. Eat food at small intervals as it will increase your metabolic rate and keep you less hungry.so you never over eat and will stay healthy.
